L'antico mulino d'acqua del 1400, ancora funzionante. Vi offre la possibilità di vedere in diretta la macinazione della farina e la cottura del pane nel forno come dalla vecchia tradizione.

Si può visitare il caseificio locale per seguire le fasi dilavorazione del famoso “Parmigiano Reggiano”.

Altre attrazioni gastronomiche sono l'aceti per la produzione di aceto balsamico e le cantine dei vini deicolli bolognesi. Inoltre si può visitare l'antica Pieve Romanica, l'abbazia, i vecchi borghi e di parchi locali.

Hotel Lido Falco d’Oro is located in Tolè, a peaceful and beautiful village, 700 m above sea level in the Bolognese Apennines. Motorway exit Sasso Marconi is about 20 km, the city centre of Bologna 38 km and the BolognaFiere exhibition centre 45 km away. During major fairs in Bologna, a free shuttle bus service is organized for your convenience.

Arrival by car :
Use the Bologna ring road (Tangenziale) to get to highway A1 / E35 in the direction of Firenze. Take exit Sasso Marconi. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and follow provincial highway SP325 / Via Setta. Turn left onto state highway SS64. On your left-hand side, you soon roughly drive along the Reno river and the Monte Sole regional park, crossing the villages of Casagrande, Marzabotto and Pian di Venola. At the outskirts of Pian di Venola, turn right onto provincial highway SP69 / Via Torrente Venola. In the village of Bortolani, turn left onto provincial highway SP26 / Via Bortolani. When arriving in Tolè, continue on state highway SP26 until you turn left into Via Venola. Hotel Lido Falco d’Oro is located at number 27.

The hotel offers free parking for up to 40 cars. Upon request, one of the 8 parking spaces in the garage might also be available.

Arrival by bus :
Bologna Autostazione is Bologna’s coach station and about 40 km from the hotel away. You can easily reach the coach station from the railway station on foot (300 m) or by bus, taking Navetta A and getting off at the XX Settembre Autostazione stop.
A few daily buses take you in the afternoon and early evening hours within about 1¼ hour directly to Tolè (ATC bus company - bus line 686). Furthermore, an early morning connection exists taking bus line 671 and changing in Riale.

Arrival by train :
Bologna Centrale railway station is 40 km from the hotel away.
Vergato railway station is 15 km from the hotel away.
Trains from Bologna to Vergato leave every hour. The train trip takes about 45 minutes.

Arrival by airplane :
Bologna Marconi airport is about 33 km from the hotel away. By car, please follow the above driving directions. You may also take the Aerobus - BLQ shuttle bus to Bologna Centrale train station from where you can easily reach the coach station for a few afternoon and early evening connections to Tolè. Furthermore, two weekday connections leaving the airport stop around lunch time and one in the evening allow you to reach Tolè taking bus line 96 and changing in Riale.

BolognaFiere - fairs, trade shows and exhibition centre :
Bologna’s fairground (Quartiere Fieristico) is about 45 km from the hotel away. It can be easily reached via ring road exit no. 8 for the Via Michelino entrance and car park as well as for the Viale Aldo Moro entrance. Take ring road exit no. 7 for the Piazza Costituzione entrance and car park.
